This blog will reveal my age but I don’t try to hide it anyway.  June 25, 2009 brought with it events that will not soon if ever be forgotten.

As a girl I remember watching the Jackson 5 on different variety shows..Sonny & Cher, American Bandstand, Soultrain just to name a few.

Listening to their music over the years and continuing to follow Michael when he went off on his own.  During this same time watching Charlie’s Angels and thinking women can do anything.  It’s funny as a child watching TV  the people seem so much bigger than life.

You grow up and you realize they are just people but their financial status still put them in a larger than life status.

But at the final hour you realize that they are sadly very human..they hurt, they grieve, they die…….

My prayers go out to the families and friends of Michael Jackson and Farah Fawcett.

During their time with us the entertained the world ……..we have laughed and cried to their credit.  May their souls Rest In Peace.
